1. The metal laser cutting machine’s laser is off now, It started ok and suddenly just stopped.What can we do about it?

Solution

(1) Check whether the laser has an alarm, you can observe the status of the laser on the laser status indicator. When there is an alarm, connect the laser monitoring software to observe the alarm information and solve the problem.

(2) Use the metal laser cutting machine monitoring software to monitor the laser's operating status, check the laser log page, when operating the cutting software to control the light gate, red light and point shooting will correspond to some of the laser status feedback. When there is no signal feedback need to check whether the laser control line match is correct.

(3) No red light at the laser head, check the status of the laser, whether to turn on the red light. Laser status is normal, turn off the laser START button, check whether the laser head protection lens is contaminated, or in the protection of the mirror can be observed at the red light, there is no red light, then the metal laser cutting machine laser head or fiber is seriously damaged. If you can see the red light, you need to confirm that there is no problem with the focusing protection lens. If you can not observe the red light, you need to separate the laser head and fiber to observe the degree of damage, check and return to repair!

2. How to solve fiber laser cutter Yaskawa motor alarm

Causes are:

  1. Poor contact of the encoder connecting port, or incorrect wiring of the plug.

2. The encoder cable is broken, short-circuited, or a cable exceeding the specified impedance is used.

Corrosion caused by temperature, humidity, or gas; short-circuit caused by water droplets or cutting oil; poor contact of the plug caused by vibration.

3. Malfunction due to noise interference.

4. Servo failure.

Solution:

1. Insert the encoder plug again to confirm the encoder wiring

2. Check whether the fiber laser cutter encoder cable has a broken position, whether the plug welding line is firm, you can connect the servo motor to other servo, after turning on the power, if the alarm does not occur, then it is possible that the servo unit is damaged, if the alarm continues, it may be the metal laser cutting machine motor or encoder wire damage.

 

3. How to solve metal laser cutter X-axis servo alarm

1. There is an alarm code on the servo drive, check the alarm code and check according to the manual.

2. If there is no alarm code on the drive, initialize the drive and reset the drive parameters.

If re-enter the fiber laser cutting machine parameters still have alarm, change a servo drive servo line if the alarm disappears that is the servo line problem.

If the replacement servo cable still exists alarm, check whether the corresponding servo cable interface position of the jumper is a low level, the normal is a low level is valid.

If the alarm still exists, check whether the needle of the 62-core wire is normal, replace the 62-core wire with another one to test, if the needle is normal or replace the 62-core wire, there is still an alarm, you need to return to the factory for repair.
